Stay behind the lines

Animatronics move without warning and have real reach. Rope lines and marked floors exist for that reason.

Some attractions carry limits, which are listed on each attraction page and signed at the entrance. Staff apply them without exception.

Lifeguards are on station during opening hours. Under-8s must be accompanied in the water by an adult.

The first aid station is in the central court. Any member of staff can call it on the radio.

The park stays open in rain. If lightning is detected, outdoor zones close until it passes and you will be directed indoors.
